Rule 54
Allowing to keep a shop
The jailer may allow a shop to be kept inside the prison area so that the inmates or detainees of the prison can get the reasonable things they ask for. The shop should distribute the sales at the prevailing market rate, if they sell more or less and if they sell rotten goods, the first time they will be given a warning and made to throw them away, if they do it the second time, the jailer should pick them up and put them in another shop.
